Excellent location for exploring, in a quiet residential area. Plenty of parking and a spacious garden. Well-equipped kitchen and comfortable sofas. Great for board games and spreading out.

The house was incredibly spacious, with two sitting rooms and a proper kitchen. It was perfect for our Christmas getaway with friends and family. The location was ideal, with plenty of beautiful walks and beaches nearby. We especially loved exploring the stunning scenery of Exmoor, which was conveniently close by. Another great advantage was that the house was dog-friendly, and our furry friends had a fantastic time zooming around on the lovely beaches. The large garden was also a wonderful bonus, providing a great space for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves.

While the house was comfortable overall, there were a couple of minor issues. The beds were slightly lumpy, but by the end of the day, we were so tired that it didn't really matter.

The sun terrace was a great spot for sunbathing, while the nearby Bull Point Lighthouse gave me an exciting workout. And let's not forget the thrill of being 31 km away from Exeter International Airport!

Oh, how I loved struggling to find a parking space in the free private parking area! The challenge was the highlight of my stay.

Value for money was excellent and the room was comfortable and spacious. The location was perfect, with easy access to beautiful beaches and scenic walks. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The breakfast offerings could be improved with a greater variety of options.

I keep coming back to this place because it's perfect for me. It has everything I need - free Wi-Fi, free parking, and a dryer. The staff even helped me print my boarding pass. Plus, I love that it's pet-friendly and has an outdoor dining area. Can't wait for my next trip.
